USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must be registered first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2019-2020 Season.

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.


  • PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. (There will be a 3.50% + $2.00 processing fee added to your transaction.)
  • PAYMENT PLAN:  Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment to be collected upon conclusion of in-person registration session via Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover account. Remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on  December 1st and February 1st. 
    • If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.
    • Buyouts and Equipment Rental fees must be paid in full.
    • There will be a 3.50% + $2.00 processing fee added to your transaction.
  • PAY OFFLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees upon conclusion of in-person registration session offline via check. Please make checks payable to Austin Youth Hockey Association and bring to equipment fitting/raffle ticket pickup date:
    • Monday, Sept. 23rd ( 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM )- Packer Arena
    • Tuesday, Oct. 1st ( 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM )- Packer Arena
    • Thursday, Oct. 3rd ( 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM )- Packer Arena

Family Discount for Registration Fees and Raffle Tickets

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $25 registration fee discount on each additional registered child not to exceed $100. 

This year we are also offering a family discount on raffle ticket fundraising requirements. The requirements are as follows:

4th Player and beyond

0 tickets

These fees can also be paid in 3 installments.


In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" -- please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.


Fundraising is a vital function of the Austin Youth Hockey program. There are multiple opportunities but not limited to: raffle tickets, concession stand, wreath sales, Pizza Ranch, pancake breakfast, home tournament and VFW Bingo (Bantams only).

*Families are required to work twelve (12) hours in the concession stand for the first child, eight (8) hours for the second child and four (4) hours for the third child (maximum total of 24 hours per family).

*Hours worked during HOME TEAM TOURNAMENT does not count towards your concession commitment and are not available for "buy out".  HOME TEAM TOURNAMENT consists of concessions, score clock and book. 

**Each family will need to provide a security deposit check of $200 per child at in-person regisration**  When the concession hours are complete the check will be destroyed. Upon no-shows or upon the season completion and hours are not completed, the check will be cashed.

*You must record the hours you work in the sign-in book which is located at both Riverside and Packer Arena near the cash register. In addition to this, you must claim your hours on the website under “DIBS”.

*Buyout is available at $200 per child. Please indicate your desire to buyout at registration and the fee will be assessed at that time.

*At any time, you will be able to check on your concession hours needed or completed on our website.

*BANTAMS ONLY – Will work up to three VFW Bingo shifts. Shifts are dependent on the number of players/families. This is in ADDITION to the home team tournaments and other concession commitments. Failure to complete bingo shifts will result in cashing of security deposit check ($200).
